5 meter building setbacks … a positive start
Community members recently sent nearly 300 submissions to Hunters Hill Council saying they want the development at Gladesville Shopping Village to be a sympathetic and positive segment of the community’s built environment.
Members of Council have now called for the reinstatement of the previous 5 meter setbacks on Cowell and Flagstaff streets. This as a positive start to the review of the Development Control Plan.
The local paper describes this idea as a ‘setback to progress.’?!
