Even Sam Haddad, Director-General of NSW Planning and Infrastructure agrees that there are serious flaws in the bill , but the NSW government still plans to introduce the planning bill in September.

Just who the hell are the half dozen or so people responsible for these new planning laws and who is giving them their marching orders? Did someone mention the Urban Task Force and that insult to the position of government architect who is their chief?
